Please note this is not a hotel Tilton House functions purely as a retreat therefore there are compromises. There is only 1 en-suite and 3 separate bathrooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY/REFUND is on a sliding scale based on the amount of notice given. Less than a month to the start date of retreat there is no refund.

I have always had a gift with my readings to shine a light on an emotional block with a client. To pinpoint an issue often in childhood that was still impacting on them usually in a subconscious way. I believe we often repeat patterns due to faulty programming or erroneous beliefs about ourselves. We can attract the same toxic relationship over and over, with different partners but the same outcome, struggle with weight or abundance issues or just a lack of self-value. There is not an outside conspiracy stopping us finding happiness or peace but our own deeply held beliefs and negative thoughts. Usually these have been created in a misguided way to protect ourselves but they in fact hold us back to the point where our lives grind to a halt and we cannot function. I devised the Soul Read to bring these emotional blindspots into the light so at least we have more clarity. I then had an amazing dream downloaded from Spirit where the whole workshop was shown to me and even the name ‘The Key’. This is the step after the Soul Read to actually process, clear and heal.

I feel it is the perfect time now after the stresses of this last year. I have noticed many people already starting to process their emotional baggage which I believe was the bigger picture in a metaphysical way during this crisis. But it seems thought the periphery has started to clear the core issue for many is still there.

This first of it’s kind 2 day workshop will be held at Tilton House, Firle near Lewes, East Sussex 25th and 26th August 2021. I’m looking to run it for 10 ladies, though in future I will have mixed and all male groups. We have complete exclusivity of this retreat with sole occupancy in double rooms and food included. We will be doing the inner work in a beautiful yurt and there will also be a complimentary massage/treatment included in your price by a choice of qualified practitioners, a goodie bag of high branded toiletries/cosmetics/jewellery, t-shirt and journal for writing. The evening is your time to walk the gorgeous grounds near to the Sussex hills. Charleston the famous writers from the Bloomsbury set Virginia Woolf, Vanessa Bell is a 5 min walk.

At this moment there are 4 spaces available. I had 6 ladies book immediately I advertised because they are clients and I believe respect and are assured by the work I do.

The cost is £699 with £50 off as an early bird special if you pay in full by end of April and £50 off (each) if you want to bring a friend and share a room. There will be lighter subjects such as Feng Shui and Numerology in our downtime but this will be a transformational journey. It seems to equate to a good few months of normal counselling because it gets to the real heart of the issue. Often we have gone into denial about what that is , repressed it as we often do with trauma or trivialised it and not registered its importance and impact. Remember you have already lived it, usually as a child and survived, looking at it with a view to healing can only be a positive thing, so you can go on and live your Best Life. ❤
